How we approach work on this model
Every NQR that comes in is road tested with the owner's complaint written down as reported, then inspected on the lift before anything is quoted.
Components are measured against tolerance. If a part is within specification we say so and leave it alone, even where replacing it would have been the easier sale.

Mr Valentinus Auto Care Ltd has operated from Nairobi CBD, Kirinyaga Road, behind Eagle Towers since 2010. Every job starts with a road test and inspection, is quoted in writing with labour and parts listed separately, and is only carried out after you approve the quotation.
Parts are supplied as part of the work we carry out so that we remain accountable for both the component and the fitting.
