Car Tracker & Alarm Installation
Discreet fitting of vehicle tracking units and alarm systems with clean, tested wiring.
We carry out this work at our own workshop at Nairobi CBD, Kirinyaga Road, behind Eagle Towers. Diagnosis comes first, the quotation is written, and you approve it before anything is replaced.
What this service involves
- Discreet siting of the unit away from obvious search points.
- Soldered and insulated connections, not scotch locks.
- Live test of location reporting and alerts before handover.
- Handover of the app or portal setup.
Symptoms that bring vehicles in for this work
- A fleet or insurer requirement
- A vehicle without recovery cover
- A previous installation with unreliable reporting
Components typically involved
- Tracking unit
- Alarm module and siren
- Wiring and relays
When to have it inspected
Test tracker reporting monthly; a unit that stopped reporting is worthless at the moment it matters.
What to expect
Installation and testing normally take a few hours.
About the workshop
Mr Valentinus Auto Care Ltd has operated from Nairobi CBD, Kirinyaga Road, behind Eagle Towers since 2010. Every job starts with a road test and inspection, is quoted in writing with labour and parts listed separately, and is only carried out after you approve the quotation.
Parts are supplied as part of the work we carry out so that we remain accountable for both the component and the fitting.

Frequently asked
Does it drain the battery?
A correctly wired unit draws very little. Battery drain after fitting is an installation fault, not a normal tracker behaviour.
